These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Wonder Math’s website, products, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Policies, Membership & Enrollment
1. Membership & Enrollment
Wonder Math is a subscription service that is billed on a monthly basis. You will be billed every 30 days as long as you continue to be a member.
You are responsible for canceling your monthly subscription in order to stop the billing process. In order to avoid additional monthly charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 1 day before the start of the next month of classes. If you do not cancel at least 1 day before the start of the next month of classes, you will be charged at the regular rate of $99 for that month and then will be removed from future classes and billings following the period.
Membership Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
2. Communications & SMS Consent
Wonder Math communicates with families via email, phone, and text message (SMS/MMS) regarding our Services.
2.1. General Communications
By providing your contact information (such as email address and phone number) through our website, enrollment forms, scheduling forms, trial sign‑ups, or other interactions, you agree that Wonder Math may contact you about:
- Your account and enrollment
- Class schedules and changes
- Program updates
- Customer support and service‑related notices
You can change your communication preferences at any time as described below.
2.2. Wonder Math SMS/MMS Program Description
If you choose to opt in to text messaging, you agree to participate in the Wonder Math SMS Program, which may include:
- Class reminders and scheduling notifications
- Enrollment follow‑up and onboarding messages
- Customer support and service updates
- Program announcements
- Promotional and marketing offers (where permitted by law and based on your preferences)
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Wonder Math and your participation in our programs. You may receive recurring automated and non‑automated text messages.
2.3. SMS Consent
- By opting in to SMS (for example, by checking a box on a website form, submitting your phone number where SMS consent is clearly disclosed, or otherwise affirmatively requesting text messages), you authorize Wonder Math to send SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number you provide.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still receive essential service‑related messages as permitted by law.
2.4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Wonder Math does not charge additional fees for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may.
2.5. Opt‑Out Instructions
You can opt out of Wonder Math SMS communications at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text message we send to opt out of marketing and non‑essential messaging for that program.
- After you send STOP, we may send a single confirmation message to confirm your opt‑out.
- You may also contact us at info@wondermath.com or (833) 669‑3272 to update your SMS preferences.
Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you service‑related or transactional SMS messages where permitted by law (for example, critical account or security alerts).
2.6. Help Instructions
For help regarding our SMS program:
- Reply HELP to any Wonder Math text message, or
- Contact us at: info@wondermath.com or (833) 669‑3272.
We will respond with additional information or assistance.
2.7. Carrier Disclaimers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside of Wonder Math’s control.
2.8. Third‑Party Messaging Providers
Wonder Math may use third‑party service providers (such as SMS aggregators and gateway providers) to send and receive text messages on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use your mobile phone number only to provide messaging services as directed by Wonder Math and are not authorized to sell your information for their own marketing purposes.
3. Opting Out of Other Communications
4. Refunds
Refunds will not be issued once a class begins or within 24 of a class starting, as we have already allocated and booked teachers time for those available class seats.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any course. Factors outside of Wonder Math’s control may affect class schedules. In such events, we do our best to schedule a convenient make-up class; however, we cannot guarantee a make-up session will be scheduled or that the make-up will fit the schedule of every student.
If a student must miss a scheduled class, they have the option to reschedule for the week of the missed session as long as rescheduling is done before the class is missed. Wonder Math does not allow for rescheduling to take place after a class has already been missed. This is a subscription-based program and our teachers’ schedules are booked in advance. Therefore if a student misses a session without prior notification, he/she forgoes rescheduling.
5. Guarantee
To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, students must attend a minimum of 3 out of the 4 consecutive classes occurring during the initial trial period (first month). Additionally, all requests to cancel your subscription must occur at least 1 day before the start of the next month of classes. Lastly, this Guarantee is only available to new students who have not been enrolled in a Wonder Math class within the previous 180 days.
6. Non-Solicitation Agreement
By becoming a Wonder Math customer, you agree that you will not solicit for employment, hire, or engage as an independent contractor, or permit any organization directly or indirectly controlled by you to solicit for employment, hire, or engage as an independent contractor, any person employed by Wonder Math at any time during the term of Wonder Math’s provision of services to you. Any additional services desired of a Wonder Math employee may be requested through Wonder Math at 1-877-577-6284.
7. Age Limits
Wonder Math is intended for students in grades 2–7. Students may enroll in any Wonder Math program level, regardless of age or grade, as long as they confirm their individual needs with a Wonder Math Enrollment Specialist.
